AI Engineering Position

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or related software development.
Strong experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
Hands-on expertise in integrating Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions into business workflows.
Experience designing scalable AI-enabled applications and building microservices.
Experience integrating Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs and implementing RAG architectures.
Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Experience with RESTful API development and system integrations.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain or Semantic Kernel.
Proficiency in frontend development using Angular, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and contextual workflows.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Build and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations and AI-powered services.
Integrate Generative AI/LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications and business processes.
Develop and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
Design AI orchestration workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain or Semantic Kernel.
Engineer prompts and contextual workflows to improve LLM response quality and relevance.
Implement robust AI response validation, guardrails, and monitoring mechanisms.
Build intelligent solutions for transcript processing, summarization, content generation, and AI-assisted documentation creation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and automate workflow opportunities using AI technologies.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and Type Script.
Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI-enabled applications.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementation.

Nice to Have:

Experience delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions in Healthcare or regulated industries.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search technologies.
Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications and workflow platforms.
Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
