We are seeking an experienced Pure React Developer for a long-term contract opportunity, hybrid onsite in Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate is a frontend specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js. This role requires strong ownership of the UI/UX development lifecycle — from component architecture to performance optimization and testing.

• Build and manage application state using Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand
• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UI designs in collaboration with UX/design teams
• Optimize application performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and bundle size management
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs / GraphQL endpoints
• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, and Dev Ops teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Maintain and improve component libraries and design systems (Storybook a plus)

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Frontend/React Developer
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Custom Hooks)
• Experience with state management libraries:
  Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
  , and modern styling approaches (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, SASS)
• Experience with React Router for client-side routing
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks:
  Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
• Experience consuming REST APIs / GraphQL from the frontend
• Familiarity with build tools:
  Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
