We are looking for a Java Tech Lead – Backend with 10+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise backend applications and leading technical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead backend development and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
- Drive architecture, design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and Dev Ops teams.
- 10+ years of strong Java backend development experience.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, JPA/Hibernate, and databases.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
