Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We're seeking an AI & Java Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise applications that leverage Generative AI and modern Java technologies. This role is ideal for a strong Java developer who has hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and enjoys building scalable, production-ready solutions that solve real business problems.

What You'll Do

• Develop AI-powered applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Design and develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and business workflows.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, security, and engineering teams.
• Deploy and support cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow Dev Sec Ops  best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Java development.
• Hands-on experience building AI or Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with:
• LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, integrations, and enterprise security.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Spring AI, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Semantic Kernel
• Vector databases and AI search technologies
• Experience building AI copilots, assistants, or intelligent automation solutions
