ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Service Now Developer with a focus on development and configuration. Strong knowledge of Service Now platform features, including modules, workflows, and scripting.

Experience with Service Now integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure Service Now modules, workflows, forms, and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Service Now enhancements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Integrate Service Now with other business systems and applications. Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Service Now instances. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now functionality. Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now configurations, customizations, and integrations. Keep documentation up-to-date with changes and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and business analysts. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards.

Nice to Have:
Service Now Developer Certification.

Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics and Reporting. Knowledge of Service Now scripting languages such as JavaScript.
