Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Kotlin Engineer to join a team focused on building and expanding automated testing capabilities for a Point of Sale (POS) platform. This engineer will be embedded within a product development team and will partner closely with automation and engineering leadership to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions that improve software quality and delivery speed.
This is a highly hands-on role ideal for a strong Kotlin developer who enjoys building automation frameworks, developing automated test cases, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test cases for Android and POS applications using Kotlin Design and enhance automation frameworks and supporting tooling Partner closely with software engineers, product teams, and quality engineering stakeholders to improve test coverage and quality processes Contribute to automation strategies that support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation and improved testing practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation-related issues Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Collaborate with technical leadership to expand automation capabilities across the platform
