Full Stack Developer (ASP.NET MVC & Web API)

Onsite Role:
Atlanta (Hybrid)

Expectations from this role:

Systematically develops and promotes technology solutions ensuring the developed solution meets both functional and non – functional requirements.

1. Develop and promote technical solutions which support the business requirements within area of expertise.

2. Ensures IT requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new services. Considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solution(s).

3. Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees.

4. Innovative and technically sound for project analysis in depth.

5. Uphold the standards and best practices by adhering to them in his/her work, as well as by implementing them in the team's work by reviewing and monitoring.

6. Provide innovative contribution within the team by coming up with ideas to automate repetitive work. Able to mentor Developers in such a way that they can progress to the next level of growth.

7. Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards for the reviewed deliverables.

8. Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to Developer roles.

Typical performance measures:

Required Mandatory

Skills:

• Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on experience in Web API development and integration
• Proficiency in C#  Framework/.NET Core
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Experience with Entity Framework and ORM concepts
• Knowledge of RESTful services and API security practices
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred

Skills:

• Azure cloud experience
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, etc.)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Healthcare domain experience is an added advantage

Experience:

• 5+ Years (or as per project requirement)
