• Lead the architecture and development of robust web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions
• Write high-quality code across front-end and back-end stacks
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Document technical designs and processes clearly

• Minimum 10 years of full stack development experience
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) & backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java)
