We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET technologies, and React with Type Script to design, develop, and support modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, mobile application support using .NET MAUI, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework/Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Develop and enhance modern web applications using React and Type Script.
• Build, support, and maintain .NET MAUI mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design activities.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Entity Framework.
• SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency in React with Type Script for modern web application development.
• Experience developing and supporting .NET MAUI mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage integration challenges.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to application architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
