Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Client platform architecture.
- Experience supporting large-scale Client implementations in enterprise environments.
- Experience partnering with offshore development teams and managing work across distributed delivery models.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle processes.
- Experience supporting integrations utilizing Mule Soft, Enterprise APIs, and REST/SOAP-based services.
- Knowledge of Client Dev Ops processes, including:
Git and source control management, CI/CD pipelines, Deployment and release management, Environment strategy and governance, Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience partnering with AWS teams and a working knowledge of AWS-based contact center architectures and integrations.
- Knowledge of consumer banking, servicing, and contact center operations.
- Experience supporting Wealth, Premier, Mortgage, Scheduler, or related servicing platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Client Developer with hands-on AWS Connect experience to design, build, and maintain integrated contact center and CRM solutions. This role bridges Client platform development with cloud telephony to deliver seamless customer engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Client platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Client and Amazon Connect, including CTI/softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.
• Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, Lambda functions, and related AWS services (Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis as needed).
• Implement and optimize Client Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Client best practices and governor limits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues across the Client AWS stack.

Required Qualifications

• 5 6 years of Client development experience (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect.
• Experience with Service Cloud and contact center implementations.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda and core AWS services.
• Client Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Client Platform Developer II and/or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice.
