Description

We are seeking a Team Lead, Cloud to provide technical leadership for a multi-tenant enterprise software product team building and operating high-quality .NET applications. This role is responsible for guiding the delivery lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and production support, while driving engineering excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Building on hands‑on expertise in .NET and AWS, the Team Lead will own the technical quality of the team's work architecture, design, code review, CI/CD, and security - and partner with internal stakeholders and Infor application teams across onshore and offshore locations to translate business requirements into scalable, actionable technical plans.

The lead will manage a team of engineers by allocating workload, conducting performance reviews, and participating in hiring, while driving the adoption of AI and automation to increase productivity and reduce support overhead.
