We’re seeking a hands‑on Robotics Engineer to design, integrate, and support complex, multi‑disciplinary technology systems that combine electrical hardware, embedded computing, software, sensors, cameras, networking, and AI/ML components. You’ll work across hardware, software, and field deployment to ensure full systems operate reliably in demanding real‑world environments.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building and troubleshooting complete end‑to‑end systems.
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote

- Strong C++/software work can be done remotely more often
- Travel up to 50% depending on project phase

- Design and integrate systems spanning electrical, embedded, software, sensing, and networking components
- Develop and troubleshoot C++ and Python software for device control, data acquisition, diagnostics, and deployment
- Integrate cameras, sensors, optics, lighting, embedded computers, and custom electronics
- Diagnose issues across hardware, software, embedded systems, sensors, and networking
- Deploy, test, validate, and troubleshoot systems in lab and field environments
- Analyze logs, sensor data, and diagnostics to isolate failures and improve reliability
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong C++ skills;
Python familiarity or willingness to learn - Experience troubleshooting hardware/software systems
- Understanding of electrical fundamentals, embedded systems, sensors, and signals
- Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
- Experience with robotics, mechatronics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation
- Experience with computer vision, optics, lighting, or sensor integration
- Experience with PCB design, microcontrollers, embedded Linux, or edge computing
- Experience with Linux servers, containers, databases, or CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in rugged or outdoor environments
