Role Description
This is an on-site role for Health & Wellness Coaches | Instructors at our FS8 franchise studio located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Studio location in Buckhead, with Decatur underway and other locations panned. In this role, you will lead dynamic FS8 classes, incorporating Pilates, Tone, and Yoga principles to deliver exceptional fitness experiences. Responsibilities include guiding group workouts, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere, offering personal attention, and promoting health and wellness values.
Coaches and instructors will encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals while adhering to FS8’s science-backed training frameworks.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Medicine to support clients’ safety and well-being during sessions
- Experience in Health Promotion with an understanding of bringing awareness to sustainable, holistic health
- Certification or experience in fitness instruction, Pilates, yoga, or related fields is preferred
- A passion for health and wellness with the ability to inspire a diverse community of fitness members
- Strong understanding of safe fitness techniques and ability to adapt workouts based on individual needs
