Group Fitness Instructor; part-time

Health Fitness is looking for energetic, motivating, and passionate Group Fitness Instructors to lead high‑quality classes that inspire our members to move, improve, and have fun. If you love creating an upbeat class environment, connecting with people, and delivering dynamic workouts— we want to meet you!

Please note:

We are not currently hiring Yoga instructors.

Responsible for providing engaging, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as Strength, HIIT, Cycling, Bootcamp, or Mat Pilates.

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test. Compensation: $40 - $75/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
