D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up, dedicated to helping athletes achieve their fitness goals efficiently and consistently. At D1, our promise is: "You pick the goal, we help you get there." Our coaches are the heartbeat of this promise, bringing passion, energy, and expertise to every workout.

We are seeking high-energy, dynamic Coaches who:

• Thrive in a fun and exciting environment and know how to make fitness engaging for all.
• Can capture attention and keep athletes motivated and inspired.
• Are active on social media or willing to establish a presence to help boost our gym’s brand.
• Have sport-specific experience*? (e.g., former baseball player, collegiate basketball star, soccer MVP etc.) that adds a unique perspective to training. We are interested!
• Love building relationships and fostering community among athletes.

• Coach group workouts, personal training sessions, and team training.
• Motivate athletes and keep workouts fun, dynamic, and challenging.
• Modify and adapt movements to meet athletes’ needs and abilities.
• Build community through events and competitions, both inside and outside the gym.
• Promote D1 Training’s programs on social media to inspire new athletes and engage with the community.
• Help athletes reduce the risk of injury by teaching proper form and technique.

• High-energy personality with excellent communication skills.
• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
• Former athlete or experience in sport-specific training (preferred).Social media presence or willingness to establish one to amplify the D1 brand.

Hourly + Commissions

What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well.
