Role DescriptionThe FCA Area Representative at Georgia State University will be responsible for leading and organizing ministry activities to reach and develop student-athletes and coaches. This full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA will involve fostering relationships with the university's athletic community, planning and hosting FCA events, providing mentorship, and facilitating Bible studies or huddles. The Area Representative will actively collaborate with FCA staff and other ministry partners to create opportunities for spiritual growth and leadership development.

Responsibilities- Build authentic relationships with GSU women’s sports athletes, coaches, and staff.
- Lead and support FCA Huddles (Bible studies) for women’s athletic teams.
- Identify and mentor student-athletes who desire to grow in faith and participate in FCA ministry.
- Assist in planning and executing campus‑wide FCA events.
- Serve as a representative of FCA to advance its vision, mission, and values.
- Establish and execute an annual budget and funding plan to support your salary and ministry expenses.
- A strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, involvement in a local church, and alignment with FCA’s Statement of Faith.
- Passion for serving college athletes and coaches, especially in women’s sports.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- Ability to lead Bible studies, chapels, and mentor students.
- Public speaking ability.
