- Excellent Communication Skills and Team Player
- Attention-to-Details because needed to contact/coordinate with various parties (customers, truckers, vendors, colleagues, Export manager, and Japan office)
- Someone who can take over and start with minimum supervision or no training needed. Currently, only the Export Manager is doing all daily tasks.
