In this role, you will manage and coordinate international air shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate export processes while providing excellent customer service.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of international air export shipments.
• Prepare and review export documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other regulatory paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers regarding status and potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including IATA, U.S. Customs, and TSA guidelines.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s freight management systems.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.

• 1–3 years of experience in air export coordination or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of IATA regulations, U.S. export compliance, and international shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
