This is a full-time on-site Courier role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Courier will be responsible for transporting packages and deliveries to their designated locations while maintaining punctuality, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities include planning efficient routes, ensuring proper handling of packages, interacting with customers to provide updates or handle inquiries, and following all road and traffic regulations. The role involves maintaining delivery records and contributing to the company's commitment to high-quality service.

• Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional client experiences and handle inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics Management for efficient route planning and safe delivery processes
• Ability to apply Training knowledge to optimize work processes and meet company standards
• Experience in time-sensitive delivery settings; familiarity with Food & Beverage delivery is a plus
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying packages
