Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist in the
execution and fulfillment of meal delivery to our customers. Positions are available in both
part-time and full-time capacities. Applicants must be
18 years or older to apply.

$15–$20/hour (Hourly + Tips)

• Deliver meals and orders efficiently and safely.
• Represent Chick-fil-A with professionalism, warmth, and teamwork.
• Follow all traffic laws and uphold safe driving standards.
• Support teammates and leadership by modeling engagement and growth.

• Competitive hourly base pay: $12–$20/hour (hourly + tips).
• Drivers using personal vehicles: $13/hour + all tips + $1 per delivery reimbursement.
• 100% of tips go directly to drivers.

Personal Vehicle Drivers

Drivers who use their
personal vehicle for deliveries will receive a higher starting hourly wage and a $1 reimbursement per delivery in addition to all tips earned
