Position Overview

Roll‑Off Truck Driver. Pay: $30 per hour, guaranteed 50 hours per week (40 regular, 10 OT). Shifts start between 3 and 5 am, five+ days per week, rotating Saturdays as needed. Weekly pay. Drive commercial/industrial accounts including housing complexes, stadiums, recycling centers, office parks, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Transport organic materials, compost, waste, and related materials between customer locations and disposal or processing sites.
  • Operate roll‑off trucks (10–40 yard dumpsters) to deliver, swap, and retrieve large containers and compactors.
  • Ensure safe placement of containers and compactors, keep sites clean and accessible, communicate service issues or site constraints.
  • Return to yard or designated facility to offload materials and complete end‑of‑day responsibilities.
  • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip safety/vehicle inspections, secure loads, complete service documentation, keep vehicle clean and organized.
  • Maintain compliance with safety rules, OSHA, DOT, local, state, and federal laws; commitment to safety.
  • Use company technology (route management apps, electronic logs, communication tools) to complete routes, record service data, and communicate with the team.
Qualifications
  • Valid CDL Class A or B with air‑brake endorsement.
  • Experience operating roll‑off trucks or front‑load trucks in tight urban environments.
  • Pre‑employment drug and alcohol screen, DOT physical, and criminal background check required.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work autonomously; adaptability; detail oriented; spatial awareness and problem‑solving skills.
  • Early riser, able to start shifts by 5 am (or 3 am if possible);
    Saturday availability as needed.
  • Tech‑capable, able to learn and use company technology consistently.
