CDL License position will be responsible for safely operating a Front End Load truck in the greater Atlanta area. This will entail inspecting the vehicle for any defects or potential malfunctions, general maintenance duties, working with dispatch and mobile applications to map routes to customer locations, driving to location, where customers specify, and delivering contents to a transfer station or landfill.

• Operate refuse collection vehicles on pre‑assigned and special routes to pick up garbage.
• Responsible for the safe operation of the truck, including pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, evaluating collected materials, determining hazardous materials, and ensuring safety for all employees.
• Inspect/Clean Truck: lift hood, inspect under the hood, walk around and check under carriage; pump gas, check fluid levels and air tires – uses air gauge, dipstick for levels, and gas pump nozzle for gas fill.
• Clean waste from the packer blade and truck body on each landfill run to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Communicate professionally with customers and report any customer issues or complaints to appropriate internal contacts.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• High school diploma.
• 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles; 2 years of experience driving a front-end load truck.
• Possess a CDL Class B license for the State of Georgia.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a front-end load truck.
• High level of safety awareness when driving and operating equipment.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic knowledge of smartphone and computers.
• Sufficient mechanical ability.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 sign on bonus for 1st year of employment. Bonus will be paid every three months at $500.00.

• Shift starts at 3 a.m.
• Monday to Friday.
