A) with hazmat endorsement, or must be willing to obtain the endorsement within the first 90 days of employment - To remain eligible for company insurance coverage, operators must demonstrate a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR), defined as having three (3) or fewer moving violations in the most recent three-year window
- Currently eligible to operate a commercial motor vehicle under DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policy
