Operate the Transportation Management System to route orders, track carrier performance, and troubleshoot loads at risk of missing the requested arrival date;
Schedule appointments in Warehouse Management System on all loads with campus manager, shipping manager, and third-party facility manager on dock capacity scheduling;
Review open order reports and collaborate with site performance resources to ensure all loads are scheduled in a timely manner to meet the requested ship date;
Conduct daily verification to ensure all loads are scheduled correctly in TMS, SAP, and WMS;
Maintain reason code input within SAP for all orders that deliver past required delivery date (RDD)
