CDL-A Truck Driver - Flatbed Division

We are looking to hire CDL‑A truck drivers for our Flatbed Division. A valid CDL‑A license and one year of driving experience is required. The role involves safe and efficient transport of oversized flatbed loads. No flatbed experience is required; additional training during orientation is provided.

• Average annual earnings: $85K
• Starting pay: $0.61 - $0.63 CPM based on experience
• Top performer earnings: $95K
• Home time:
  Out 14‑21 days based on location
• Hiring bonus: $6,000
• Stop pay: $30 per stop
• Tarp pay: $50 per stop
• $75‑$200 based on miles
• $400 for any load over 64K
• $100 for each loaded border crossing to Canada
• All trucks are 3 years old or newer – average age 16 months
• Fleet includes Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with refrigerators, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks, built‑in inverters and other driver‑friendly features
• All‑expenses‑paid orientation in a luxury hotel in Roseville, MN and Appling, GA

• Operate CDL‑A class trucks in a safe, efficient manner.
• Transport oversized flatbed loads, ensuring proper loading, securing, and compliance with regulations.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and maintain accurate logs and documentation.
• Participate in mandatory training and orientation sessions.

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum one year of driving experience.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work independently.
