Job Overview

I.K. Hofmann USA has an immediate contract opening for a Warehouse Cargo Agent in Atlanta, GA for a cargo facility. The agent is responsible for performing essential warehouse duties based on client requirements.

• Load and unload cargo on trucks
• Operate forklift
• Tie down pallets
• Communicate effectively with teammates and runway personnel
• Perform duties in the warehouse based on the needs of the assigned client

• Education:
  
  GED/High School desired
• Experience:
  
  Must have experience building cargo for an airline

• Remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Frequently move cargo weighing up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally move within the warehouse and office to access cargo shipments and airway bills

Sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures, extremely bright or dim lighting conditions, and workplaces may not be temperature‑controlled. Work may be done indoors or outdoors and often in shared work spaces.

2‑day assignment:
Friday and Saturday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
