DRIVER - Class B CDL - Residential Refuse Collection

Job Summary

Due to continued growth, Local Waste Services is seeking highly motivated Class B CDL drivers to join our team. We will only consider candidates with a valid Class B CDL and prior driving experience.

• Provide waste & recycling service throughout many Central Ohio neighborhoods
• Complete pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections and logs
• Adjust routes for new starts and continual improvement
• Work as a team to meet and beat allotted times
• Treat safety as a priority at all times
• Complete work orders for special pickups as necessary

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment and random drug screening
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. throughout the day
• Must have a valid Class B CDL
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

• $23+ per hour (Approximately $75,000 annually with mandatory overtime and incentive)

• Job Type: Full‑time
• Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
