Cox is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator to help maintain continuous fleet operations. You will troubleshoot events to ensure the correct Service Provider is dispatched and keep customers informed of arrival times. Shifts vary to cover all hours in our 24/7/365 operation.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 3 years in dispatch for breakdown/maintenance; 5 years if no degree. Pay ranges hourly with benefits and growth opportunities in a dynamic automotive environment.
