Chick-fil-A Catering Delivery Driver

The catering delivery driver is responsible for ensuring that all catering orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time, providing exceptional customer service that reflects Chick-fil-A's hospitality standards.

Delivery drivers are typically offered part-time or full-time positions. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and help maintain our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver Chick-fil-A hospitality to our guests in a caring manner. Clear communication skills and excellent service through our delivery app are fundamental to helping us meet our customers' expectations outside the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver:

• Represents Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level at all times
• Applies best practices for safe driving when driving delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensures customer satisfaction by protecting and maintaining our brand at all times while addressing customer concerns as they arise during delivery
• Verifies the accuracy of the order before leaving the restaurant and at the time of delivery
• Maintains operational excellence in vehicles and in the delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed, and accuracy, taste of food, and attention and courtesy) at all times
• Meets with the supervisor on the shift to receive the position and specific duties for the current shift
• Always complies with Chick-fil-A's standards and dress code
• Other assigned duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a functional smartphone with data plan and GPS
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Personal vehicle is essential for driving orders: we offer parking and mileage reimbursement
• Ability to carry delivery bags (approximately 5-15 pounds)
