Coordinate the movement of air export shipments between customers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers;
Prepare export documentation including entry into Logis Air and required documents such as Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifests, NAFTA Certificate, and Air Waybill;
Comply with AES export filing requirements;
Regularly communicate shipment status to customers and coordinate with overseas teams to meet delivery commitments;
Ensure accurate invoicing and maintenance of customer profiles; meet KPIs as audited by the Control Tower
