- Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including airline scheduling and movement through transportation channels
- Prepare and process customs-clearance documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
- Track and monitor shipments and provide customers with status updates
- Manage customer relationships, satisfaction, concerns, and issues
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations departments
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and other relevant regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in freight forwarding of pharmaceutical products is highly desirable
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including costs and rates
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
- Understanding of trade laws and regulations
- Fluency in English is required
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred
