We are currently looking for reliable Owner-Operators to join our growing transportation network and handle dedicated, consistent freight for well-established customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for Owner-Operators who are looking for guaranteed, consistent work rather than searching for loads every day.

The Owner-Operator will be responsible for transporting freight on dedicated round-trip routes, Monday through Saturday, with consistent work throughout the week.

Drivers will operate under Norfleet’s authority and insurance, allowing Owner-Operators to focus on driving and completing their routes without the need to maintain their own operating authority for this work.

The work involves regular pick-ups and deliveries, with established customers and predictable transportation needs. This is a straightforward opportunity for professional drivers who value consistent miles, reliable work, and long-term relationships.

• Must own or operate a reliable truck
• Valid CDL and required driving credentials
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Safe driving history
• Reliable and professional work ethic
• Ability to consistently complete scheduled pick-ups and deliveries
• Ability to follow customer and company procedures
• Previous commercial driving or transportation experience preferred
• Must maintain all required qualifications and documentation
• Successful background check required
