JY Carriers LLC is looking for an experienced and organized Fleet Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA
. If you have experience managing trucks, drivers, maintenance, and fleet operations, we'd love to hear from you.

• Manage day-to-day fleet operations.
• Supervise CDL drivers and maintain communication.
• Coordinate truck maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor ELDs, GPS, and vehicle performance.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Work closely with dispatch to maximize fleet efficiency.
• Maintain fleet records, permits, and documentation.
• Resolve operational and driver-related issues promptly.

• Valid CDL Class A License is preferred.
• 2+ years of fleet management, dispatch, or trucking operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Samsara or other fleet management software is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
