Delivery Driver – Non-CDL

Position Summary

U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., offers a dynamic delivery role in the tire, undercar parts, and lubricant distribution industry with a strong heritage of over 100 years. The position operates Monday through Friday from 6:30am until all deliveries are completed, with rotating half‑day Saturdays and a flexible schedule that may require overtime.

• Drive a box truck under 26,001lbs (or equivalent vehicle) and complete 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Maintain accurate driver, fuel purchase, and other required logs in compliance with company policy and law.
• Ensure on‑time, safe deliveries in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections.
• Lift 50lbs regularly and up to 80lbs occasionally; lift commercial tires using team lifts or mechanical equipment.
• Handle barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exerting a pushing force of up to 40lbs.
• Assist with truck loading/unloading and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers when needed.
• Operate a handheld device to confirm delivery fulfillment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
• Perform additional job‑related tasks as directed by a supervisor, with reasonable accommodations as required.

Employees must be able to lift 50lbs consistently and lift up to 80lbs occasionally. They must also be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40lbs when handling barrels or industrial tires. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline; all equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for solid‑toe boots.

Work may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

• Must be 21years or older.
• At least 1year of professional driving experience in a cube van, box truck, or semi‑truck.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record in compliance with company driver policy.
• Completion of a company road test by a qualified assessor.
• Ability to be trained to safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts as required.
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently and up to 80lbs occasionally; exert a pushing force of up to 40lbs.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
• Valid DOT medical card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.
