City of Atlanta Careers seeks a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to run garbage trucks, street sweepers and related collection gear. This non-entry level role requires a valid Georgia CDL with Class A or B endorsement and solid driving experience.
You’ll perform pre/post trip inspections, document routes and maintenance, and assist with loading, yard trimmings, and waste handling while communicating with supervisors and the public.
