- Maintaining records such as Vehicle Logs and daily Trip Sheets
- Providing basic supervision for assigned Truck Helper
- Reporting any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles
- Reporting delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to headquarters
- Loading and unloading trucks, vehicles, containers, and trailers.
- Maintaining appropriate communication with headquarters
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections on their assigned vehicle daily.
- Inspecting truck equipment and supplies (such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water).
- All other duties based on business needs.
- You are looking for day shift travel within the local region only.

- You aren't looking for Monday thru Friday job where you are at a computer all day (must be available nights and weekends)
The good news is that we have an amazing training program that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Truck Driver. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:
- Communicating effectively, including using positive language with team members
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking
- Learn and adapt to evolving technology needs
- Work both independently and with a team
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- CDL License
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Minimum 6
-12 months commercial truck driving experience - Valid Georgia Driver's License (Class
A), with driving record acceptable to company's vehicle insurance standards - Must be able to read operating and safety instructions
- Ability to effectively use a dolly, pallet jack and lift gate
- Flexible work schedule and regular attendance necessary
- Required to work weekends
