Weekly home time and no-touch freight give Atlanta CDL-A drivers a strong regional setup without the physical work of unloading trailers. Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 with consistent full-time freight and newer automatic equipment.
Pay & Home Time
- Pay of $1,700 to $1,900 per week

- Weekly reset timing varies based on freight requirements
Freight & Running Area
Drivers haul 100% no-touch freight, with approximately 50–60% drop-and-hook and the remaining loads handled through live unloads. Routes operate primarily east of I-35. Broader lower-48 freight may occasionally be assigned based on customer demand, but drivers are never responsible for unloading freight.
Truck & Equipment
Drivers operate late-model automatic equipment from a fleet averaging approximately 18 months or newer. Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvo tractors are assigned based on availability. Trucks include 1,200–1,500 watt inverters. Drivers may take their truck home with safe parking or use an approved company terminal.

Orientation
Orientation begins Monday or Wednesday and pays $100 per day for three days. Atlanta-area orientation is available in Ellenwood, Georgia. Transportation, single-person hotel accommodations and meals are provided.
CDL-A Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- Meet company tractor-trailer experience requirements
- Meet applicable driving and safety qualifications
- Able to operate regional routes primarily east of I-35
