Transportation Supervisor (Food and Beverage Distribution) Atlanta, GA area

We’re hiring a Transportation Supervisor to help manage our Georgia driver operations. If you bring a background in fleet leadership, driver and route management and DOT compliance in the food & beverage distribution industry

The Opportunity:

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Monday – Friday - Day shift

Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 Base Salary +
Annual Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead a Team: Directly supervise and support a dedicated team of 20+ drivers executing daily routes across Georgia.
Drive Safety & Compliance: Maintain top-tier safety standards, conduct spot vehicle inspections, and ensure full DOT/FMCSA regulatory compliance.
Build the Team: Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers while managing daily route coverage, shift schedules, and performance evaluations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve delivery operations.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of transportation/logistics supervisory experience
Food & beverage distribution
, cold-chain, or route-delivery experience preferred
3–5 years of truck driving experience preferred (Valid Driver's License required;
CDL is a major plus
)
Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
Experience with fleet/telematics tech (Road Net, Geotab, Lytx, ELDs, etc.)
