PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO) business model.
The Logistics Clerk is seeking team players for a critical role in coordinating the shipment, receipt, and inventory management of avionics parts, components, equipment and piece parts. This position ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials are accurately processed, documented, and handled safely to meet quality and regulatory standards. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with the customer support team, your Team Lead, and internal departments to optimize delivery schedules and address parts shortages.
EssentialJob Functions
- Perform physical inventory counts.
- Assist in stocking received items in their proper location.
- Assist in other stocking/relocation of inventory functions.
- Quickly resolve issues with tracking shipments.
- Ability to process outbound shipments, to include proper packaging.
- Communicate with stakeholders, like sales and other shop personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Frequent walking, bending, and reaching to shoulder level.
- Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weights of up to 70 pounds.
- Repetitive hand movements and manual dexterity required.
- Corrected vision and hearing within normal ranges.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Accurate data entry and effective communication skills.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift packages.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
