Robotics Site Manager

ROBO (Robotics Operations & Business Oversight) provides installation, commissioning, maintenance, and operational support services for leading warehouse automation and robotics companies across North America.

We are seeking a Robotics Installation Site Manager to oversee on-site execution of warehouse automation and robotics installation projects. This individual will serve as the primary on-site leader responsible for coordinating labor, managing project schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong customer communication throughout project execution.

• Manage day-to-day installation activities at customer sites.
• Coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, and technical personnel.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers and project stakeholders.
• Lead daily startup meetings, safety briefings, and progress reviews.
• Track project milestones, labor utilization, and installation progress.
• Coordinate delivery, staging, and organization of materials and equipment.
• Identify project risks and proactively escalate issues affecting schedule, quality, or safety.
• Support commissioning and handoff activities as projects move toward completion.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project records.
• Ensure compliance with customer safety requirements and site procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial installation, warehouse automation, construction management, robotics, material handling systems, or related fields.
• Experience leading field crews or installation teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read project drawings, layouts, and installation documentation.
• Experience working with conveyors, robotics systems, racking, AMRs, ASRS, or warehouse automation equipment is preferred.
• Comfortable working in active warehouse, construction, or industrial environments.
• Willingness to travel as required.

• Previous experience supporting automation installation projects.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple work-streams.
• Basic understanding of commissioning and startup activities.

$55k - $65k annual (Additional project completion bonus)
