Warehouse Associate - Night

RNDC is looking for energetic Warehouse Associates to work the Night Shift. As part of the operations team, you will ensure products are delivered on time and orders are filled accurately.
Key responsibilities include picking, packing, and loading customer orders for next‑day delivery, plus replenishment, housekeeping, and inventory control.

• Safely unload a trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put‑away.
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice‑directed picking or paper picket tickets.
• Meet individual productivity and accuracy standards as identified through Labor Management (LM) metrics.
• Operate material‑handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip‑sheet attachments, or clamper trucks.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and locations.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
• Interact with associates during the hand‑off from shift to shift.
• Interact with delivery personnel and the early morning receiving crew.

• High school diploma or GED, preferably one year of warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Certification to safely operate MHE, including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip‑sheet attachment, or clamper truck.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
