Loonie Receiving Clerk

Job Description

Organizational Relationship:
This position is reported directly to the Loonie Supervisor.

• The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to stand or walk an entire shift.
• The ability to read measurements, work or calculate numbers, and use handheld tools, including but not limited to handheld pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, and power drills.
• Understanding how to stack pallets appropriately and sort, stage, and shrink wrap all pallets.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Fast learner willing to help with special projects as needed.

• Receiving and processing:
  Ensuring the quality and quantity of incoming materials and packages match the packing and shipping slips.
• Managing inventory:
  Organizing and maintaining inventory levels and tracking materials that come in and out of the warehouse.
• Work in non‑climate‑controlled conditions.
• Maintaining the warehouse:
  Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and following safety procedures and regulations.
• Communicating:
  Liaising with customers and vendors about orders and shipments.
