Job Description Summary
Full‑time position with an average of 40 hours per week. Shift work is required on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, typically between 7:00am and 6:00pm.
Description & RequirementsThis role handles key shipping, receiving, inventory control and general warehousing duties at the World of Coca‑Cola Support Center Warehouse. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, order fulfillment, verifying documents, inspecting orders, stocking, forklift operation, inventory reconciliation, and compliance with GMP standards. The position requires cooperation with multiple associates, self‑motivation, and adherence to company policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintains warehouse organization, participates in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and drop‑ship processes.
- Processes paperwork accurately.
- Conducts daily cycle counts and participates in GMP, pick, pack, and cycle counts for e‑commerce orders.
- Follows MOS and RTV processes.
- Maintains data integrity on a micro level and participates in the material ticketing process.
- Communicates shortages/out‑of‑stocks to planners and retail operations.
- Accurately utilizes the KWI operating system.
- Works productively with little supervision.
- Participates in daily work prioritization for the Support Center Team and performs additional duties as assigned.
- Operates company computers and appropriate software.
- Supports and communicates with various retail and warehouse locations, including the Retail Store, Atlanta Syrup Branch , Visual Group, Attraction, Bottle Works, SSI, and other warehouses, as well as events and buyers.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Certified forklift driver and/or at least three years of experience operating forklifts.
Skills and Abilities
- Effective interaction and communication with others within R&A and other support staff.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. repetitively.
- Operates PC or main computers; basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Familiar with and capable of operating warehouse equipment.
- Works in environments with extremes of heat, cold, and height.
- Understands basic warehouse operations and functions.
- Awareness of safety policies, including hazard identification, PPE use, and safe operation of equipment.
- Adapts to changing conditions, priorities, and procedures.
- Works well with others, offers help when needed, and fosters a team climate.
- Available to work weekend schedules when required.

Frequent stopping, standing, walking, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting, and using repetitive motions. Lifts up to 50lbs. Exposure to heat, cold, and rain occurs periodically.

Compensation and Benefits- Pay range: $35,902 – $41,031 (U.S.)
