Role Overview

Sweet Water is looking to add talent to our beer‑slinging crew in the warehouse. The role requires forklift operation and a passion for craft beer. Candidates must be available for the 2pm–11pm shift, Monday–Friday.

• Pull and load customer orders for delivery from the warehouse by item number and quantity as directed by picking tickets.
• Manually load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
• Lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas.
• Support manufacturing processes with forklift line support.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and GMP policies.
• Process transactions in the company ERP system as it relates to product movement, material consumption, and order fulfillment.

• Full‑time, with some overtime based on business needs.

• Shift timings:
  Monday‑Friday, 2pm–11pm.

• Forklift certification and/or experience.
• Passion for craft beer highly valued.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Punctuality and ability to work in a time‑sensitive environment.
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Desire to advance within the industry preferred.
