• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of fulfillment and shipping experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Works well independently and possesses strong problem‑solving, time‑management, and organization skills.
• Collaborates effectively with colleagues and possesses excellent social skills.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly master warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational software, specifically Systems Applications and Products in Service Titan.

• Develops, facilitates, and manages the receiving workflow and day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
• Reviews and tracks open and closed purchase orders as well as invoices for accuracy.
• Works closely with vendors to efficiently process parts warranties and equipment returns.
• Manages and coordinates parts and supply deliveries directly to active jobsites.
• Collaborates tightly with dispatchers and vendors to track pending orders and avoid logistical bottlenecks.
• Works in tandem with the warehouse manager, parts Runners, and Mingledorff’s MMI Team.
• Escalates operational or inventory issues to managers promptly when necessary.
• Maintains strict alignment with all company policies, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
