SOUTHEAST FULFILLMENT CENTER

Warehouse technicians are hired as members of a work team. Technician work teams are responsible for keeping the operation flowing, for meeting performance goals and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. Our technicians develop and demonstrate skills in the automated distribution operational processes, including operating equipment, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, controlling processes from a computer, and maintaining accurate records and data.

From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business‑related problems. We hire you at entry level and you advance by demonstrating growing levels of various skills.

We are currently looking for entry‑level warehouse technicians to join our automated warehouse distribution and customer fulfillment center team in Jackson, GA. If you would like to be a part of our team, then we want you to apply!

• Automated Layer Picking System Equipment Owner (ALPS) – resolve faults and troubleshoot losses on the equipment to ensure the ALPS department runs smoothly, including resolving twisted pallets, resetting conveyors, resetting crane errors, and manually restacking products if a spill occurs.
• Pilot – manages workflow planning, work allocation, shipment planning, slotting, carrier assignment, customer service, and work queue management across the warehouse.
• Transportation Planner – ensures the driver has an efficient flow from check‑in to check‑out of the site, handles all driver concerns and escalations while the driver is onsite, and proactively plans for the arrival of the driver to ensure they are loaded and unloaded in a timely manner.
• Automated Guided Vehicle Equipment Owner (AGV) – oversees recovering AGVs when errors occur and keeps equipment at base condition, recovering any AGVs that error out, cleaning the AGVs, and knowing when to take an AGV out of service.
