Role:
Picker Packer

Location:

College Park, GA
Duration: 3 Months (High possibility of extension or conversion to permanent)

Job Description:

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Stock and organize products in designated areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies.

• Assist with order picking and packing as needed to meet operational goals.

• Ensures the correct quantity/SKU of product is picked.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

• Occasionally works overtime, evenings, or weekends to complete work.

• Regularly reports to work each day at the scheduled starting time.

• Verifies accuracy of shipments against bills of lading/packing list.
This site does not use a conveyor belt
This site does the pick and pack process manually
CWR will walk through isles of racking to find the boxes they need

Qualifications:

• Steel Toed Boots are required.

• Potential to become FTE employee

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous warehouse or inventory management experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with warehouse software systems is preferred but not required.

• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and teamwork.

• Flexibility regarding job assignments

• Ability to visually identify and interpret safety signs, product labels, and equipment indicators.
