Warehouse Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA.

Starting Pay: $18-$20/hr.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm.

The Warehouse Associate supports inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, bin replenishment, picking, packing, staging, and inventory maintenance to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and a clean, safe, organized work area.

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; report discrepancies promptly
• Record inventory transactions using RF scanners and basic computer/data entry
• Put away materials into assigned storage locations and maintain location accuracy
• Replenish picking bins to maintain required stock levels
• Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment with high accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts and activities that support inventory accuracy
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, compliant work area
• Work with teammates and leadership to meet daily operational goals

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months of picking/packing experience required
• 1 year receiving, stocking, or general warehouse experience preferred
• Proficiency in RF scanning and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Must be able to occasionally move about the warehouse to access product, staging, and dock areas
• Frequently move and transport product and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to detect and identify labels, counts, and discrepancies to support accuracy
• Must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing

• Working near others and often sharing the same workspace
• Noise levels may be distracting or uncomfortable at times
• Work spaces may not be temperature-controlled; may be hot or cold
• May need to position self to reach inventory in racks, bins, or lower storage areas
• Exposure to warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling tools
