Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist

Warehouse Operations

Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour (depending on experience and knowledge)

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday , 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time). Overtime as needed on Fridays.

Bilingual Spanish required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Data Specialist to manage inventory paperwork, route shipments, and assist with physical order fulfillment. This role balances computer-based data entry with hands‑on warehouse tasks.

• Print weekly warehouse order reports and daily pull sheets.
• Check physical stock levels to verify product availability.
• Safely pull and prepare warehouse orders with team assistance.
• Route shipments, print shipping labels, and prepare final paperwork.
• Submit Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) immediately after product dispatch.

• Certified operation of a stand‑up forklift is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Must wear steel‑toe boots at all times on the warehouse floor.
• Must pass a background check and a drug test prior to hiring.
