Part-Time Receiving & Inventory Associate

Summary

The Receiving Support Associate assists with the intake, inspection, and movement of incoming merchandise at Lenox Square. This part-time role supports inventory accuracy, prepares items for the sales floor or stockroom, and helps maintain a safe, organized receiving area.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage incoming shipments; verify contents against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Inspect merchandise for damage and report discrepancies to management.
• Tag, label, and prepare items for distribution to the sales floor or stockroom.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and assist with inventory counts as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail receiving, warehouse, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for counting and verifying shipments.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule including weekends and varied hours.
• Reliable punctuality and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
